Iqbal is a healthcare administrator at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, overseeing population health management efforts such as resident profiling, population segmentation, and performance outcomes reporting for Central Singapore. Prior to his current role, he was part of the organization’s Management Development Programme where he helmed several portfolios within the National Healthcare Group relating to digital transformation, integrated care planning, corporate development, clinical operations, and facilities management. Iqbal holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). Outside of his professional capacity, Iqbal is passionate about community development, especially in youth and education. He is an active volunteer with MENDAKI Club (or MClub), a community-based volunteer organization, which engages in strategic youth development initiatives for Malay-Muslim youth in Singapore.
