Taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre, Arab Health 2024 gathers innovators and experts in the healthcare sector for conferences, exhibitions, and a trade fair.
On Tuesday 30 January, 09:50 to 11:10, join Session 5: Innovation and Sustainability in Public Health for a discussion on “The Geneva Sustainability Centre, Sustainable Healthcare, and the UAE”.
Our session introduces the IHF and Geneva Sustainability Centre to the Arab Health Public Health Conference audience and introduces two illustrative examples from IHF members: the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, and Emirates Health Services. Each organization will present a mini-sustainability showcase of their approach to sustainable healthcare. The session ends with two Geneva Sustainability Centre mechanisms to drive sustainable healthcare – the Sustainability Accelerator Tool (SAT) (in partnership with Deloitte) and the Carbon Emissions Learning Lab (CELL) – and how they can be used as powerful tools for sustainability education, empowerment and implementation.
