Organized by IHF Member, Hospital Authority, the convention has been an annual signature event since 1993.

Hospital Authority Convention 2023 aims to promote the sharing of experience among healthcare professionals. Under the COVID-19 pandemic, the previous Hospital Authority Convention (HAC) in 2021 was conducted mainly online/via parallel broadcast and was attended by over 6,500 clinicians and healthcare professionals, including staff of the HA and healthcare executives from Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas.

The HAC 2023 will feature more than 100 distinguished overseas and local speakers to share knowledge and insights and interact with delegates at about 50 sessions in the scientific programme.
