As the COVID-19 pandemic progressed, the scale of distress among healthcare workers has become alarming. It is widely recognized that healthcare professionals need enhanced support to help mitigate the effects of the pandemic on their current and future wellbeing.

IHF partnered with ISQua to provide its members and the wider community a global perspective on healthcare workers’ wellbeing and an opportunity to hear innovative interventions from healthcare leaders from around the globe. Participants shared their experiences, ideas and challenges and learned about solutions from other industries.
