IHF Virtual Forum 2020
The COVID-19 crisis affected countries around the world in different magnitudes, but all had to rapidly put in place a response which impacted health service delivery to an extent unlike any before in such a short period of time.
This unprecedented situation called for the health service community to come together to support each other through the pandemic, to share and discuss experiences, challenges, insights, and solutions. This virtual forum debriefed and discussed learnings from the crisis, addressed key questions on strategies for the new normal, and explored how health services are transforming for the future.

Following the Virtual Forum, the IHF hosted a special event sharing perspectives on the pandemic from young executive leaders. This event included digital leadership challenges and key leadership lessons during and beyond a pandemic.
