41st World Hospital Congress: Taipei

The 41st IHF World Hospital Congress was hosted by the Taiwan Hospital Association on 7-9 November 2017 in Taipei, Taiwan with the overarching theme “Patient-friendly & Smarter Healthcare”. It was a great success with over 800 participants from 48 countries covering topics on leadership and management, care for ageing and multi-chronic patients, patient as a stakeholder for healthcare service, quality of care and patient safety, technology and changes in healthcare, resilience and security in health services, innovations in service delivery, financing and value analysis in a variety of sessions and posters. Attendees were also able to widen their network during social activities.
