Alexandre Lourenço is a Healthcare Manager and Health Management Professor focused on healthcare transformation.

Hospital administrator at Coimbra Hospital and University Center and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Nova National School of Public Health, having performed public functions in various Portuguese Ministry of Health institutions. He coordinates the Postgraduate Program in Management of Health Institutions at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management. Moreover, he is a member of the CHRC - Comprehensive Health Research Center, and an Associate Member of Nova SBE Health Economics and Management Knowledge Centre. Consultant at the World Health Organization (WHO) for financing, health systems strengthening, and health services delivery.

He holds a PhD in Management from Nova School of Business & Economics, Lisbon. He is a Specialist in Hospital Administration (MHA), postgraduate in Primary Health Care Management, and Master in Health Management (MSc) from the National School of Public Health, Lisbon.

Dina Alismail is the Executive Director of Health Diplomacy at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), where she leads efforts to strengthen international collaboration in health education, workforce mobility, and policy alignment. She’s an Optometrist with a degree in Health Informatics and an Executive Leadership diploma from INSEAD.

Prior to her current role, she served as the Executive Director of the Healthcare Leadership Academy. Before that, she was the Executive Director of Academic and Training Affairs Princess Nourah University Hospital, and earlier, the Director of Training and Scholarship at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital.
