Andrea Prestes

Andrea is an Executive Health Mentor and Consultant in Brazil and Portugal. She is a PhD candidate in Health Sciences and Technologies and Well-being, and has a Master's degree in Health Management from the National School of Public Health - ENSP, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal. She also has an MBA in Hospital Management. Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Life, Executive, and Positive Coaching. Bachelor's degree in Administration.

Andrea is the Scientific Coordinator of the Hospital Manager's Manual, from the Brazilian Federation of Hospitals - FBH. She is the co-author of the books "Strategies for Health Services Accreditation" and "Demystifying Quality and Safety in Health". Professor of MBA courses, postgraduate studies, and at the National Accreditation Organization - ONA. Andrea was part of the review team for the Brazilian Accreditation Manual: Health Service Providers - OPSS, 2022-2025 by ONA.

She was also author of the Quality Management chapter in the book "The Accreditation Journey: 20 Years Series" by ONA.
