Andres Alvarado Calvo

Andrés Alvarado holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica. With over 25 years of experience in Facility Safety and Environmental Management—and more recently in Quality and Sustainability, he has supported strategies to reduce the environmental footprint as part of the United Nations’ “Race to Zero” campaign, in collaboration with the Global Network of Green and Healthy Hospitals. In addition, he has served as an auditor in carbon footprint verification processes. He recently completed a master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the Catholic University of Murcia. Finally, he is certified as a Sustainability Professional by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).  He currently serves as Quality and Environment Manager at Clínica Bíblica.
