Brian Richardson

Brian Richardson joined Kaiser Permanente in 2015 and has served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Kaiser Permanente Moreno Valley Medical Center since 2022, which includes oversight of the partnership with three affiliate hospitals in the community who care for Kaiser Permanente members within their facilities. Brian received a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Iowa, along with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Utah Valley University.

As a board-certified Healthcare Executive (FACHE), Brian has a keen interest in continuous improvement in operations centered on the overall patient care experience. He enjoys the challenge of process improvement and is constantly seeking new ways to collaborate with his teams to embrace innovation that lends to improved outcomes and experiences. He has a passion for team building and finds much fulfillment in his role with Kaiser Permanente.
