Dr. Falak Sayed is a physician leader in Emergency Medicine and Occupational Health at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), leading initiatives focused on workforce wellbeing and sustainable healthcare environments. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Education and chairs the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Wellness Committee, where she leads institution-wide efforts to measure and address trainee burnout and integrate wellbeing into medical education systems. She previously served as Core Faculty for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program, where her commitment to wellbeing in graduate medical education first took shape.
Dr. Sayed also serves as President of the Women’s Professional Staff Association at CCAD, representing more than 120 women physicians, and leads initiatives advancing mentorship, leadership development, and community building across the organization. She is particularly passionate about building systems that support physicians across the full arc of their careers and fostering professional communities where clinicians can thrive and sustain meaningful careers in medicine.
