Dr. Laili Fathiyah is a physician and healthcare leader with a strong background in public health and hospital management, with nearly a decade of experience in hospital leadership and administration. She earned her medical degree from YARSI University and a Master of Public Health from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She is currently pursuing further studies in Law to strengthen her expertise in healthcare governance and regulatory frameworks. In addition, she holds professional certifications in Quality in Healthcare from International Society for Quality in Health Care and Project Management from American Academy of Project Management.
Dr. Laili is actively involved in healthcare leadership within Indonesia Healthcare Corporation at RS Pelni, one of the hospitals under Indonesia’s largest state-owned hospital holding. Over the past nearly 10 years, she has been actively engaged in hospital management and has served in senior leadership roles as Hospital Director and Vice Director, contributing to strengthening hospital governance, strategic development, and service quality improvement.
She is particularly passionate about human resource development, corporate governance, quality improvement, continuous learning, and maternal and child health. Through her leadership and professional engagements, Dr. Laili continues to contribute to strengthening hospital management and advancing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare systems.
