Dr. Ndulo currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Specialty Emergency Services in Lusaka, with a strong focus on advancing patient-centered care and improving outcomes in chronic disease management.
Since beginning her medical career, she has built broad experience across family medicine, hospital care, and healthcare operations. Her work is driven by a passion for developing practical, sustainable solutions that support patients in managing long-term conditions and adhering to evolving, evidence-based treatment protocols.
She holds a BSc in Microbiology and MBChB from the University of Zambia, a Master’s in Family Medicine from the University of Edinburgh, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Endocrinology from the University of South Wales. Her background in laboratory science strengthens her clinical approach, allowing her to address medical challenges with both analytical depth and a well-rounded perspective.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Ndulo brings experience in medical underwriting and has a keen interest in global health and medical ethics, areas she sees as critical to building more effective and equitable healthcare systems.
She is actively involved in the broader medical community through her affiliations with the Zambia Association of Private Hospitals, where she currently serves as Secretary General, the Medical Women’s Association of Zambia, and the Zambia Institute of Directors.
