She is an Egyptian family medicine specialist and certified as CPHQ & PMP with 10 years experience in Saudi Arabia in the field of quality and patient safety and performance improvement. Her role involves supervising all 7 Alkharj Zone Hospitals in aspects related to monitoring and improvement of clinical outcomes, quality and patient safety and infection control. She organises these functions, delegates responsibilities to enable goals and ensures that the services provided meet or exceed generally accepted practices and standards of care and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. She takes the lead as project manager or facilitator for projects that are directly linked to strategic goals.
