Dr Yoo Young (Dominique) Lee is a Brisbane-based radiation oncologist, educator, researcher, entrepreneur, author and advocate whose work bridges medicine, leadership and storytelling. As a junior doctor, she became the first doctor in Australia to successfully secure a criminal conviction against a senior professor for sexual assault, helping spark a national conversation about safety, accountability and culture within the medical profession.
Today, Dominique is the founder of HeyBoss!, a physician wellbeing organisation, and the author of What's Been Broken Is All the More Sharp. Through her clinical work, research, writing and speaking, she is passionate about helping doctors build meaningful, sustainable careers while advocating for safer healthcare cultures and empowering survivors of sexual violence. Her work explores how courage, creativity and compassion can transform both individual lives and the future of medicine.
