Ida Leunbach joined Oslo University Hospital in 2025 and leads the development of the hospital’s strategic roadmap, overseeing the prioritization of development resources as well as portfolio, project, and program management. She is a leader who combines structure and principles with practical solutions to drive tangible improvements.
Ida spent most of her career at one of the leading logistics companies in the Nordics, where she began as a management trainee and later held various roles in continuous improvement, innovation, automation, sourcing, portfolio management and strategy implementation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Ida is committed to ensuring that hospitals allocate scarce resources in ways that maximize benefits for the total patient population. She aims to bring insights from other industries into healthcare to enhance governance, delivery capabilities and adaptability to future demands.
