He also drives the implementation of digital health solutions, aiming to establish a learning health system that utilizes data-driven policies derived from the technologies in place to enhance patient care and healthcare delivery. His leadership further extends to Health IT governance and enterprise architecture, ensuring that technology adoption aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
