James Inglis is Director of Operations Integration at Northern Sydney Local Health District, where he leads strategic improvement and innovation programs across a health network comprising four hospitals and extensive community services, serving over one million people.
His work focuses on building partnerships across health, government and community organisations to deliver better care, including integrated models that support people to stay well at home rather than in hospital. He has particular expertise in bridging strategy and execution.
Before joining NSLHD, James spent seven years at Deloitte Australia, progressing from Consultant to Associate Director. He advised senior government and business executives across healthcare, aged care and disability services on strategy, operational improvement and transformation—including direct policy work with Commonwealth departments.
