His leadership style is strategic, collaborative, focused on institutional efficiency and oriented to patient experience.
Currently, in managing the Digital and Robotics Surgery Center, he participates in the coordination and management of a program that has become a reference. This experience consolidated his ability to manage highly complex projects and enhance organizational impact through the integration of new technologies.
