Karen is an event, marketing and project management professional with more than seven years experience in organizing both small and large-scale events. Her passion for events and marketing allowed her to work for different industries and non-government organizations. As well as supporting the World Hospital Congress and other events, Karen also manages the IHF’s podcast, talking healthcare.
Prior to joining IHF, she worked as an events coordinator for the alumni office of an international business school and as an events specialist for a multinational company.
Karen graduated from the University of the Philippines Los Banos with a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology in 2011. She also has a post-graduate degree in Basic Management Program from Asian Institute of Management. She is fluent in Filipino and English.
