Lynette Soto Cruz, Certified Public Accountant, believes every strong healthcare system relies on a solid financial foundation. With over seven years at San Juan Capestrano Hospital, a leading provider of integrated mental health services in Puerto Rico, including four as Director of Finance, she drives financial stability while ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. Her experience as an Assurance Manager at EY led her to develop strong analytical skills in audit, accounting and compliance, deepening her understanding of how financial decisions impact healthcare delivery.
As she completes a Master’s in Health Services Administration at the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus, School of Public Health (June 2025), Lynette integrated essential public health competencies to her professional foundation. She is committed to collaborating with global leaders across diverse disciplines to identify best practices, not only in Puerto Rico, but also internationally, ensuring access to high-quality services for every patient.
