Martin Padi Amoatey

Martin holds a Masters' degree in Total Quality Management, a degree in Economics and Mathematics, and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation. He is a Lead Auditor for ISO 45001 and a SafeCare Accessor. His work experiences span the banking and healthcare industries. At New Crystal Health Services, he rose through the ranks of Operations Management Trainee to the position of a Director of Operations where he gained extensive knowledge in hospital Operations Management and the effective application of Quality Management Systems in addressing healthcare operational inefficiencies. He played a pivotal role in securing investment from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for his organization. He also implemented a Quality Management System (SafeCare & ISO standards) and Lean Management System. Having developed communication skills whilst working in managerial positions, he nurtured successful working relationships and developed an excellent eye for details and continuous improvement.
