Maryam AlRaeesi is a Senior Specialist in Healthcare Service Planning at the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi, where she develops high-quality healthcare delivery models. With over 10 years of experience across the public and private sectors, she specializes in healthcare strategy, process improvement, and innovation-driven policy development.
She has led key initiatives, including optimizing home care services, spearheading the People of Determination Strategy, and driving the Infant Mortality Rate reduction roadmap. She currently leads the Women and Children’s Health Strategy, ensuring equitable access to healthcare services.
Selected for the Qiyada Emerging Leaders and UAE Youth Ambassadors Programs, Maryam is committed to leadership, collaboration, and cross-sector knowledge exchange. In 2021, she received an Excellence Award from Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for her contributions during COVID-19. She holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London and envisions a future where technology-driven solutions improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes.
