Mr Mike Poore

Mike Poore is a transformative leader in the healthcare industry, serving as the CEO of Mosaic Health System in Saint Joseph, Missouri. With over 37 years of experience in community-based, faith-based, and university-based nonprofit health systems, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He has also held leadership roles in investor-owned health systems like Tenet Healthcare, Community Health Systems, and LifePoint Health.

Under Mike's leadership, Mosaic Health System, a $1 billion healthcare organization, has made significant strides in enhancing its digital presence and improving customer and caregiver engagement. The organization operates four hospitals, including a Level 2 trauma center, and provides a broad range of services, including an LTAC Hospital, Rehab Care, Home Care, Urgent Care services, and outpatient clinics. Mosaic is also a proud member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, leveraging innovative practices and technology to enhance patient outcomes.

Poore earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Auburn University. He is also an American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow.
