Prof. Asad Mian

Prof. Asad Mian is Head of Healthcare Transformation, Learning Programs & Systems at Evercare Group, where he leads system-wide improvement across hospitals in Pakistan, Nigeria, and Kenya. His professional journey includes 15 years in the United States spanning genetics research, pediatrics, and emergency medicine, followed by more than a decade at Aga Khan University, where he chaired the Department of Emergency Medicine and founded the university’s first healthcare innovation and incubation hub. His work applies human-centered design and I|C|E (Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship) to enable practical, context-sensitive healthcare transformation.
