Currently the Director of Sustainability Measurement and Impact at Healthdirect, Rachel leads climate reporting obligations and develops innovative models for measuring the environmental impact of virtual health services. Her landmark research includes the first full greenhouse gas emissions calculation for Australia’s health and aged care systems, alongside published frameworks for virtual health emissions measurement.
