Sana Al Yafaey is the Head of Clinical Dietetics at Royal Hospital which is the biggest tertiary care hospital in sultante of Oman and was recognized as one of the Top 100 Women Leaders in the Middle East (2026 KSA) by verve management . Sana is "multipotentialite" and challenge-seeker, she specializes in transforming medical nutrition therapy and healthcare through technology and strategic leadership .Moreover, Sana is a certified ERM ( enterprise risk management Champion and Trainer) she establishes risk strategies, maintains departmental risk registers, and builds capacity through specialized workshops. Sana is an International Keynote Speaker and Global Trainercertified by BMJ and Global Priority. Sana Holds a Master’s degree in human nutrition and dietetics and a specialized Diploma in Patient-Centered Clinical Nutrition from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
She is a member committee of the employee health and wellbeing at the royal hospital and a member in the strategic sub committee as well she is a certified strategic planning consultant CPS, certified Key performance indicator consultant CKPIC and a certified balance score card consultant CBSC. Sana also holds a diploma in healthcare lean Management and 6sigma.
