Shivani Gupta is a leadership coach, international speaker and author who has spent more than 20 years helping leaders build high-performing, trusting and sustainable teams. Through AskShivani, she has worked with more than 1,500 leaders and 250 organisations globally, with a particular passion for supporting women in leadership.
Drawing on her own experiences of leadership, entrepreneurship, caring responsibilities and navigating burnout, Shivani brings an honest and practical perspective to workforce wellbeing. Her work explores the pressures women leaders often place on themselves from proving their capability and balancing competing demands to setting boundaries, asking for support and challenging expectations of what a successful leader “should” look like.
Shivani combines personal stories with practical leadership tools to help women recognise burnout earlier, protect their wellbeing and create psychologically safe environments where people can thrive. Her focus is not simply on resilience, but on creating workplaces and leadership practices that enable talented women to return, contribute, lead and build sustainable careers through every stage of life.
