Mr Ramsey Abdallah

With deep expertise in program development, performance improvement, project management, and data analytics, Ramsey drives transformative initiatives that advance clinical quality and operational excellence. In his role, Ramsey leads strategic improvement programs and analytics for the Accountable Care Organization (ACO), including Northwell Health’s system transformation project aimed at enhancing ACO measures and clinical outcomes. He also spearheads the health system’s eCQM implementation program, aligning quality standards with digital reporting advancements. Prior to joining to Northwell Health, Ramsey was at NYU Langone Health where he managed the cardiac bundle payment program project, led a cardiac surgery readmission reduction initiative, and spearheaded value-based care quality improvement projects for over 450,000 attributed lives achieiving millions in shared savings. A passionate mentor and advocate for professional growth, Ramsey supports early and mid-careerists through Northwell Health’s Mentorship & Professionalism in Training program, the Community Scholars program, and the ACHE Leadership Mentoring Network. Nationally, he contributes to advancing healthcare quality as a member of the NAHQ Item Writer’s Workgroup, PQM Endorsement and Maintenance Primary Prevention Advisory Council, IHI Exam Review Group, NQF Leadership Consortium, and NAACOS eCQM Implementation Workgroup. Locally, he serves as Co-Chair of the Programs Committee for the New York ACHE chapter, Healthcare Leaders of New York. Ramsey holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration with a focus on leadership, an Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Patient Safety (CPPS), Project Management (PMP), and Quality Management/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
