Zachary is the Board Secretary and Policy Coordinator at Horacio Oduber Hospital, Aruba’s leading healthcare institution.
With a Master of Science in Epidemiology from Utrecht University and a post-master in Business Analytics and Data Science, she has a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, governance, and healthcare strategy. She leads a team of 17 professionals, including 13 policy advisors and 4 secretaries of the Board of Directors.
As project manager, she played a key role in the tender process for our new hospital information system and continue to be part of the core implementation team. She also serves on the steering committee for JCI accreditation and she is part of the hospital's core management team.
Her role involves engaging with insurers, the government, and medical staff to drive healthcare integration and accessibility. Recognized for my strategic insights, she is committed to continuous learning and shaping Aruba’s healthcare future.
