The YEL programme allowed me to gain a deep insight into major healthcare and management/leadership topics that successful future leaders will need to master. It has also provided me a unique networking opportunity, including YEL colleagues, YEL Alumni, programme speakers and sponsors. Becoming part of this international network facilitates continuous learning, innovation, and multicentre collaborative projects and it will provide great opportunities throughout my career journey.
