Rosie Spreadborough

Rosie leads the Global Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) Program at Icon Group, guiding the organisation’s ESG strategy and working across teams to deliver meaningful, measurable impact. Her work focuses on advancing Icon’s commitments across three core pillars – patients, people and the planet ensuring ESG considerations are embedded into culture, operations and decision making. Rosie joined Icon in 2017. She brings a diverse background with experience across multiple business sectors, supported by formal studies in business and leadership. This breadth of experience underpins her collaborative approach and strategic perspective in leading Icon’s Global ESG program.
